‘How to be Creative’ (II)+ 時事評論(一)
This week, we’ll continue with the remaining parts of ‘How to be Creative’ by Liz Dean.
5. When you follow your intuition and take action, there’s a sense of relief and/or reward.
The more you follow your inner knowing, the more content you feel; life becomes better.
6. Ways to awaken the senses and strengthen our intuition:
a) Connect with nature: Walk outdoors or sit in your yard. Choose something to touch: the bark of a tree, a leaf, a cold park railing. You might pick up a scent.
b) Listen to music: Choose a track that reminds you of a joyful occasion. When you listen, focus on one aspect of the music — — the bassline, melody, or accompaniment, tuning in to each note and its rhythm. See if you can notice something in the music you haven’t heard before.
7. Ways to be creative everyday:
a) Keep a pocket-sized notebook with you wherever you go, or use your phone’s voice recorder. When you get an idea, write it down or speak it. Later, when you have time to work on your creative projects, play back or reread your collected notes and recordings.
b) Be an active listener. Often, we don’t listen enough: we begin a conversation with an agenda, hear the other person speaking, and, rather than being open to what they have to say, rehearse what we’re going to say when they’ve finished.
c) Relax for creativity every day. You can listen to or play music; rearrange a display; gardening; walking; tidying.

如何評價政府在抗疫上的表現

香港與大陸的交往比世界其他地方都要頻繁與緊密, 但香港在容許這批從內地回港的人同時，亦成功地沒讓病毒在香港擴散。
日本與南韓就差點被病毒攻陷，而意大利、西班牙、英國以至美國，這些西方先進國家，更一一被病毒弄到無法招架，醫院裏鬼哭神嚎，相對這些國家而言，特區政府的表現絕對不差。
有人說，要不是港人善於自救，特區政府休想這樣好命。
防疫是一項需要全方位配合的工作，只要在任何地方出現薄弱環節，病毒都會乘虛而入。若果特區政府的表現，真如反對派所說的那麼不濟，香港早已失陷了。
現實是單是封關還不管用，還得防止病毒在地區內傳播。意大利做了前者，卻沒有做好後者，結果一樣被病毒攻陷。香港是前者起步慢，但後者做得較徹底，結果成效較好。
在要求入境者戴手環接受監察一事上，大部分國家的政府只要求新入境者自行作家居隔離算了。只有香港政府相對認真，才會在手環問題上出現「甩漏」。但特區政府卻能邊錯邊改，漸見成效，做得不比其他政府差。
在不少地方，政府對明知已受感染的人，要等到呼吸困難，才有機會入院治療。而特區政府給港人的待遇，卻是只要自覺疑似被感染，就可以第一時間作測試。一旦確診，政府就會追蹤及隔離緊密接觸者。特區政府在這方面的努力，豈容否定。
至於口罩供應不足，更是全球都一時沒法解決的間題。但香港的醫護人員起碼不用像其他國家的同業那樣，在做高危工作時也得不到適當的個人保護裝備。
這些都可以反映，特區政府應變能力並不如反對派所說的那麼不濟。
